Retrieve Information Button

Similar functionality as copy. The user selects an individual from the drop-down menu prior to clicking the Retrieve Information button. When the user clicks the button, the information from the selected individual’s current record populates. The user may then select a new individual from the drop-down menu and save the record.

Text Box

A box where information is typed free format. Users utilize text boxes for documenting information not captured elsewhere on data collection pages. Image of a text box.

Context of a Case

Once a user enters a case number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and clicks the Go button or searches for a consumer and selects the case number for a consumer, the user is said to be in the context of a case. The user can confirm they are in the context of a case by looking at the top of the page. When a case number is displayed at the top of the page, above Global Navigation, the user is within the context of a case.

NOTE: Clicking the KEES icon takes the user out of the context of a case and displays the KEES Home Page.
