The Customer Appointment Detail page allows a user to add or edit an appointment for all non-medical programs. KEES does not allow EDBC to be run on applications or reviews for programs requiring interviews unless the Customer Appointment Detail is marked as Completed or Exempt.
NOTE: Always complete a Customer Schedule Search prior to adding a new Customer Appointment Detail. See Viewing Customer Appointment Records for more information.
