To index the application and supporting documents to a case when an application is received but not indexed to the case.
Left click the drop-down caret next to the Documents button on the Perceptive Content toolbar then select KEES Registration Documents or KEES SSP Documents as appropriate. The Perceptive Content Explorer window opens.
Double click the application the user wants to re-index. The application opens in the Perceptive Content Viewer window.
Click the View tab on the top left side of the Perceptive Content Viewer window then select Forms from the drop-down menu or use the shortcut key F12. The KEES Indexing eForm displays.
Enter the Case Number and press the Tab key. The Case Name auto-populates.
Enter the designated page range in the Pages field.
NOTE: The user must start with page 1 and specify where all pages of the document should live. For example, if the original document is an application with supporting documents, the user must assign the application pages to the Application Document Category/Type and the supporting document pages to their designated Document Category/Type.
Select the Document Category from the drop-down menu.
Select the Doc Type from the drop-down menu.
If supporting documents were imaged with the application, click the Copy button and repeat STEPS 8-11 until all pages are re-indexed appropriately.
Click the eForm Submit button to assign the images to the designated case and document types.
A pop up window stating “Are you sure you want to route this document forward in workflow to the KEES Doc Reindex Queue?” displays. Click the OK button.
Close the Perceptive Content Viewer window.
