Individual Demographics - Discontinued or Not Active

 

To update information such as Name, Date of Birth, Gender, SSN, Date of Death or Address for a case person who is Discontinued/Not Active in KEES:

  1. Verify that the case is no longer active.

  2. Verify that the data is not correct in the MMIS.

  3. Gather the data that needs to be updated in the MMIS and send in a ticket using the KEES Issue Template Medical. There should be one case per ticket.

NOTE: The data may be correct in KEES, but additional steps by the KEES Business Support Team need to be completed to get the correct data to the MMIS. It is imperative that the date of death is sent to MMIS even when the program block is not open as it may have a financial impact to the State.
