Deleting Forms and NOAs

After using Save and Print Locally, forms and NOAs cannot be changed or deleted.  The document is presumed to have already been distributed and cannot be removed from the electronic record.

The following instructions pertain only to documents the Save and Print Centrally method is used prior to the nightly print batch.  

From within the context of the case:

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Distributed Documents from Local Navigation. The Distributed Documents Search page displays with the Case Number field populated.

  2. Update the Date Range if necessary.

  3. Click the Search button. The Distributed Documents Search Results Summary displays all documents distributed specific to the user’s case.

  1. The form and/or NOA is identifiable by title for deletion purposes.  A NOA has a Pending Review status. Other statuses in which a document can be deleted include:

  1. Click the check box for the document to be deleted.

  2. Click the Delete button. The form or NOA is deleted and no longer displays in Distributed Documents for the case.

  3. Complete a Journal entry.
