Summer EBT benefits can only be replaced if food purchased with Summer EBT benefits is destroyed in a household misfortune or disaster. See Item VIII, "Replacing Food Assistance" in the Electronic Benefit Transfer System Guide located in the Appendix for more information.

DCF cannot replace stolen EBT benefits.
