OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
A brief overview of the major changes is described below. Other clarifications and technical corrections are also included and described in the next section. Additional technical corrections not mentioned here are being incorporated in KEESM as needed.

- Work Requirements – 3100 is being changed to show that all Food Assistance only clients 18 and over and no longer in high school who are not meeting work requirements must be referred to SNAP Employment Services.
- Work Registrant Able-bodied Adults Without Dependents – Appendix E-26 has been changed to the updated Work Registrant & Able-bodied Adults Without Dependents Rights and Responsibilities. This must be read to Work Registrants or Able-bodied Adults Without Dependents at application, review and if there is a change in the status of an adult in the household.
