10032 Requirements to Approve Regulated Providers - The following chart explains documentation required for initial approval of regulated providers.
An on-site visit to licensed facilities will be completed by local county health department/KDHE staff and EES staff are not required to duplicate this action. DCF may approve a licensed facility as long as KDHE has issued a full license.
