EBT Repayments:
The previous issues with the EBT Repayment process in KEES have been fixed. Staff no longer need to send requests to apply EBT benefits as a repayment towards a recovery account to the KEES Help Desk. Remember the Recovery Account must be Active before a payment can be posted. In addition, the V103: Kansas Benefit Repayment Agreement form and C112: Claim Balance Change form in KEES have been fixed. Standard Copy and Paste text is not needed. The KEES User Manual will be updated to reflect Standard Copy and Paste text is no longer needed for the EBT Repayment Process.
