ImageNow – INMAC

KEES Ongoing Operations Staff are aware of the INMAC backlog and are asking that staff not submit any more Incident tickets regarding this issue. At this time, we cannot make INMAC any more efficient, or process these documents any faster. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

 

Due to high volume, the ImageNow INMAC Queues are backlogged. Staff need to be aware of this as it will impact what actions you are able to take. Until a document has completed the INMAC process, you cannot re-index the documents to a case number. In addition, the documents will all look like one continuous page, rather than individual pages. Please be patient. INMAC will catch up quite a bit over night, but it is hard for it to catch up during the day due to the high SSP activity we are currently experiencing. Please note: Staff are still able to view these images.

 

If a document is still awaiting the INMAC conversion process, it will display either INMAC Feed, INMAC Error, or INMAC Convert in the Workflow column. Documents in the INMAC Error Queue have to be manually fixed and then put back into the INMAC Feed Queue, so they may take a little longer.

Medical Processing Deadlines

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.   

 

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

Food Assistance 15% increase

The Food assistance tables have been adjusted by 15% due to COVID.  They will revert to regular rates starting July 1, 2021.

 

Last night the table updates were made for the 15% temporary Food Assistance maximum benefit increase. As staff run EDBC they will notice the change effective today. A plan to apply this table update for all Food Assistance recipients for January is targeted for the weekend of 1/16 with the following months getting the monthly benefit increase applied to the normal issuance schedule. Further information and guidance will be forthcoming.
