We are aware of No Touch adding prior medical months for all persons applying for medical assistance, even when prior medical coverage is not being requested. If you come across this issue, please use Negative Action, Voluntary Withdrawal to deny the months – do NOT remove them from the Medical Person Detail page. Help Desk tickets do not need to be submitted.
We are aware of EDBC not allowing beneficiaries to change benefit coverage while they’re in their post-partum period. If you encounter this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
