e-Applications submitted from the SSP on 12/31/2021 have an incorrect application date of 12/31/2021. Since this date was a holiday, the application date should be 01/03/2022. Please do not work these applications until they have been corrected by the helpdesk. This was sent yesterday for Non-Medical but it was discovered that this is also happening to Medical applications.
The DXC.com emails should not be used any longer. There are new gainwelltechnologies.com emails to replace the DXC.com emails. DXC.com emails will start sunsetting on January 31, 2022. Please make sure any distribution lists or individual emails you use have the new gainwelltechnologies.com extension.
