The KEES Help Desk is currently looking into an issue regarding PDFs missing from SSP e-Applications and FFM e-Applications. Staff need to continue submitting tickets when they discover a PDF is missing. Please ensure the ticket includes the e-App Number and the Case Number (if known). If the ticket contains no identifying information, it will be closed.
The reported issue of the Negative Action reason App open in error not deleting the application has been fixed.
There was an issue that impacted FFM applications received 12/12-12/15. Some of these applications produced multiple e-Applications when they were imported into KEES. A data fix has been run to deal with the duplicates; however, not all of the e-Apps produced a PDF. As KEES Help Desk tickets are submitted, we are cross referencing which e-Apps did produce a PDF and are ensuring at least one PDF per application (not e-App) gets reindexed to the case.

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2023 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
