Users have reported issues with viewing the full Journal List page or not being able to add an entry because there is no Go button to add an entry. There are times when previous journal entries have caused the display to extend without word wrap occurring. When long extended entries are present, the user may need to scroll to the far right of the page to view the Add Entry Go button.
Staff do not need to print locally the facility notices that have the City, State, and Zip Code line of the address cut off as previously instructed. Instead, staff will need to navigate back to Distributed Documents on the case once the form has been generated, and verify the form was generated for only the facility. If the facility form is generated for anyone other than the facility, staff should delete the additional forms generated for the Administrative roles.
