We are aware that staff have received automated emails from KEES stating that their password is about to expire and that the link in the email does not work. These were being sent from the ‘old’ KEES environment and have now been shut off. If you received one of these emails, you may ignore it. However, any password email received going forward containing the new link, are valid.
An issue has been discovered when an entity who is already known to the Document Upload Portal is attempting to add a new user. This issue does not allow the new user to be added because they are not receiving the email that contains the token to complete sign up. This does not affect users who already have a Document Upload Portal account. A fix is being researched and we hope to have the issue corrected soon.
An issue has been found with the LIS (MIPPA) eApplications. PDF’s have not generated for these applications in ImageNow since the Cloud Migration. We are currently looking into the issue and will provide an update as soon as one is available. Staff may continue to work these applications using the eApplication Summary page.

The Monthly Issuance Batch will run tonight 1/27 instead of 1/28. However, staff will need to be aware that the Skipped Issuance Report with the Monthly Issuance skips will be ready to be worked 1/28.
It has been discovered that there are several LIEAP program blocks that are assigned to the EES Ghost Worker ID. All LIEAP program blocks should be assigned to the LIEAP Ghost Worker ID. Auto Worker Assignment will choose the LIEAP Worker ID if the LIEAP program block exists; there should not be a need for staff to manually assign during registration. If there are issues with the LIEAP Ghost Worker ID not being assigned to the LIEAP program block when using Auto Worker Assignment, than those situations need to be reported to the KEES Help Desk.

Any program that is due a cash payment that does not have a 2/2020 accepted and saved EDBC or a high dated EDBC will not be included in the Monthly Issuance Batch tonight. If the PPS program is processed after tonight for 2/2020, the program will be included when the batch is ran on 2/3/2020.
