The KEES Help Desk has received reports that some cases have blank journal entries appearing that only display a comma under the Journal Source. Due to this, staff are having issues when exporting journal entries to a PDF. Staff simply need to uncheck any blank entries within the list. This process should eliminate any issues exporting journal entries.
