The process for KEES Submitters and Approvers has been finalized. All Submitters and Approvers should have received an email from KEES Security with the new OIM link and updated job aids. If you believe you are a KEES Submitter or Approver and you did not receive an email, please let the KEES Security Team know by emailing KEES.Security@ks.gov.
OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) has had an upgrade! When users click on the Reset Password link in KEES or click on the OIM link in the Password Reset Email, they will be taken to the new and improved OIM. Once you have logged in, you will see the Identity Self Service page.
Click on the My Information box to bring up your account information, and scroll down to Change Password.
