When an address is updated/normalized by the Address Normalization Tool, the Tool will add 4 digits to the zip code and will add the county for the user. The KEES Help Desk is asking that staff watch this closely and submit a ticket if they come across an address that does NOT get the +4 zip code and county automatically. This should not stop staff from updating the address – please continue to follow the process of manually selecting the correct county for the address.

P-EBT applications are currently being received through the SSP. The majority of these applications are being handled by our registration BOT, but there are some that have fallen out and created P-EBT Manual Registration Required tasks. These are all being handled by a group of contract staff hired only to process P-EBT. Non-PEBT staff should ignore any P-EBT Registration Tasks.

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
