Staff should NOT manually update Citizenship/Identity and/or Social Security Numbers to Verified after making a HUB call. We believe we have the majority of the issues pertaining to the HUB Interface fixed at this time. If staff have made a HUB call for someone and KEES does not automatically flip the verification status to Verified, then staff need to investigate why. If it is the SSN that does not verify, staff should check the Verification Detail record as that should tell you why it was unable to be verified. If it is Citizenship/Identity that isn’t verifying, but the record looks like the one below, a KEES Help Desk ticket should be submitted. We are still investigating this.
