The reported issue of the Discovery Date not being retained on the Provider Recovery Account Detail page has been fixed.

 

Individual Demographics – Save Error Due to Name Length – FIXED

The reported issue of encountering a Save Error org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException on the Individual Demographics page due to the number of characters in a name has been fixed.

KEES Creating KDOL-Unemployment Income Record in Error – FIXED

The reported issue of KEES creating a KDOL- UC record for HH members with zero income in error has been fixed.

 

EDBC is not Determining for Foster Care Medical Despite Using the PPS Requested Medical Type – FIXED

The reported issue of EDBC not determining FCM when using the PPS RMT has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

EDBC Shows Shared Living, when it Does not Qualify for Shared Living – FIXED

The reported issue of EDBC showing Shared Living when HH doesn’t qualify for Shared Living has been fixed.

 

Duplicate Redetermination Records Created when Multi – Month EDBC is Used – FIXED

The reported issue of duplicate redetermination records being created when Multi-Month is used has been fixed. Users may start using the Multi-Month EDBC again.  

 

TANF Discontinuance NOA

When TANF is discontinued due to a Work Program penalty, the discontinuance NOA is displaying the incorrect number of months that cash assistance will remain closed. Here is an example:

 

 

Until this issue is fixed, staff should add the following information to the comments box on the NOA:

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.

 

 

PPS Programs

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2023 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
