An issue has been identified when users are creating new tasks in KEES. A 500 Error is encountered at the time the user selects worker to be assigned. A manual task can be created; however, a worker cannot be assigned during the initial set-up.
For Medical staff only:
Tasks that are meant to be assigned to specific workers will need to be assigned in Current once the task has been created. Users need to be aware that assigning the task in KEES will not assign the task to the worker in Current.
The Reviews Discontinuance Batch ran 2/14/2024 in the evening for reviews that were due in November 2023. Staff will see closures for Failure to Return Review.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
All eligibility and employment services staff should use the ES-4309: Drs. Statement form found in KEESM. The version in KEES is different and does not include all of the needed information. The KEES User Manual has been updated to reflect the ES-4309 form in KEES should not be used.
The DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2024 have been updated, and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
