Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Child Care Reviews were extended for March, April and May of 2020. This was accomplished by extending those household’s family plans and leaving their customer reporting record in the past. In order to send these households their Reviews for their respective months, a data fix was run last week to mail those households a review. When the reviews are received staff need to create a new family plan for the new review period. If a review form is not returned, then the case will close.
The known issue related to the KPERS interface has been fixed. Staff can use the Interface Records Search for KPERS.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
