Creating a Manual EDBC to Apply Child Care Funds back to an EBT Card:
A Manual EDBC is used for Child Care when issued funds need to be applied back to a Consumer’s EBT card. For example, when overpayment funds paid back to the agency by a Child Care provider need to be applied to a Consumer’s EBT Card. These steps have been added to the KEES User Manual.
ES: 3501: LIEAP Request for Information:
The check box associated to requesting self-employment income information on the ES: 3501 is not remaining selected when the form is sent to the consumer. Until this is fixed, staff can print the form locally and select the checkbox in writing or staff can use the free format check box and space listed under income to type out what is needed as shown below.
