Please check ALL rescind actions to confirm that the Program Person Application does not come before the Program Application. This can be verified on the Rescind Detail page. If you run into the scenario where the Program Person Application is before the Program Application:
Please send a ticket to the KEES Help Desk before you take any further action.
Please include who should be rescinded and in what month. Please also tell us if there are any program persons who need to be reapplied, and for what date.
In the Short Description of the Incident ticket put “Person Application Before Program Application”.

The issue with the SSP e-Applications coming in with the incorrect office location of KanCare Clearinghouse for LIEAP applications has been fixed.
