In the past, staff have reported receiving 404 Errors while working in KEES. The culprit has been identified as older/slower equipment located in different offices. IT has worked hard to identify this equipment and replace it. They believe they have the issue fixed now, but would like to ask that if any staff are still experiencing this error they submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk. The KEES Help Desk will then work with DCF and KDHE IT.
If you experience a 404 Error, please include the following information in your ticket:
Are you working in the office, or from home?
If you are in the office, which office location are you working from?
If you are working from home, are you connected to your home internet, or to a hot spot?
If home internet, who is your internet provider?
If using a hot spot, who is the service provider?
