The KEES Help Desk has received some tickets regarding issues with NOAs since this weekend’s release. We’d like to remind staff that it is imperative that you provide us with as many details as possible. Please be clear on what the issue is. Which month was the NOA generated for? If the NOA failed to generate, which month’s EDBC should it have generated for? Should it have been an Approval, Denial, or Change NOA? If something was missing, what was it? We are trying to identify the issues as quickly as possible so your help is greatly appreciated.
An issue was discovered this morning that was preventing the downstream Process Application task from generating after the Intake task was completed. The issue also impacted the generation of the Data Collection task and the Verifications task. A data fix is being run tonight to generate a Process Application-Manual task for any of the impacted cases where a task hasn’t already been created. Staff will be able to identify these tasks by the Task Details which will say Task created by WR 53951.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The Child Care-COVID-19 Case Flag was end dated in error. A data fix is being run tonight to remove the end date from the Case Flag. Staff should be able to begin using it tomorrow.
