The known issue with journal entries created from batch jobs missing names in the source column has been fixed. Journal entries that were created by a batch process will now display the source as Batch Name, Batch Number.
Many users are reporting having issues generating forms. Several instances of the occurrence involves new cases that do not have a Primary Applicant assigned to the new Program Block. All Program Blocks must have an assigned Primary Applicant for forms and NOA’s to generate. Before submitting incident tickets to the KEES Help Desk for zero error upon generating forms, first check the program for an assigned Primary Applicant.

The known issue with Multi-Month EDBC NOAs where the name overlaps with the benefit month has been fixed. If this issue persists, please contact the KEES Help Desk.
