After further research we have discovered that the issue that occurred when two spouses receive WORK and Working Healthy on the same Program Block is a display only issue. MMIS shows the correct coverage.
Please disregard previous direction to create a new program block in scenarios when a married couple are receiving Working Healthy and one spouse becomes eligible for WORK. These individuals can be on the same Program Block.
Please submit an incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk if these individuals are on the same Program Block and MMIS is not showing the correct coverage for each individual.
