MMIS Account Lock Out Emails

Gainwell has reported that they have been receiving several MMIS account lock out emails being sent to the incorrect group. As a reminder when a user’s MMIS account has been locked, they will need to contact the MMIS Help Desk Ksxix-helpdesk@dxc.com for assistance.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

EDBC Error Message

The issue where staff received the error message ‘Earned income is not linked to an employment record.’ even when it was, has been fixed.

 

Multi-Month EDBC/NOA Functionality

The DCF pilot for Multi-Month EDBC/NOA functionality went well. Beginning Monday, all staff can begin using this functionality when processing an application. As a reminder the February release webinar material and demos can be found here.

 

SSP Reviews and IRs/12 Month Reports

The link in the SSP used for consumers to complete their Review or IR/12 Month Report online is appearing before the Customer Reporting record is available in KEES. If an early Review or IR/12 Month Report is received, staff should place these on the tracker with a standard comment of MO/YY and wait to work them until the Customer Reporting record is available.

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
