SSP Account Linking Request

When an Account Linking request is received from the SSP, staff need to refer to the KEES User Manual for the instructions on how to process these specific requests. When staff mistakenly reject an Account Linking request, the action cannot be undone. The consumer will need to submit another request through the SSP to get their account linked. As a reminder, a consumer is not able to submit changes, complete reviews, or access their coverage/benefit information online if their SSP Account is not linked to their KEES Case Number.

Unable to Rescind, blank Rescind Detail Page - FIXED

The reported issue of being unable to Rescind due to the Rescind Detail page being blank was fixed.

 

NEW indicator on Other Health Insurance but no records were entered - FIXED

The reported issue of the NEW indicator remaining on OHI page was fixed.

 

Too many passing programs in the Eligible Budget section of EDBC - FIXED

The reported issue of too many passing programs in the Eligible Budget section of EDBC was fixed.

 

Continuous Eligibility History Screen is not Displaying all Continuous Eligibility periods - FIXED

The reported issue of the Continuous Eligibility History page not displaying all CE periods was fixed.

 

Buy-In Reminder

The Buy In Deletion Report will be available to eligibility staff on the 14th of the month.  The Buy-In File will be sent to CMS early on the morning of the 21st.  The Buy-In Deletion Report that is received on 03/14/2022 will include all cases that lost eligibility on 01/31/2022.

 

The removal of the deletion records by Gainwell Technologies will need to be completed by 5:00 PM on 03/18/2022.  Any cases that need the deletion removed from the CMS file, will need to have an email sent to the Gainwell Technologies Buy-In Team no later than 2:00 PM on 03/18/2022 so they can be manually processed by the 5:00 PM deadline.  The requests can be sent on a daily basis as the report is worked.  Gainwell Technologies cannot guarantee that the manual processing will be completed before the CMS file is sent if the manual deletion requests are received after 2:00 PM on 03/18/2022.  

 

If a deletion was manually removed from the CMS file last month, and the eligibility for that member is still not up to date in the MMIS at the point the deletion file is sent to CMS this month, that deletion will go to CMS even though that member is only listed on the Buy-In Deletion Report once.

 

If a new buy in case is being approved on or between 03/14/2022 and 03/18/2022 and qualifies for immediate buy in, please send an email to the Buy-In Team so it can be considered for manual accretion to CMS on the file.  The member must be known to the MMIS to be manually added to the Buy-In File.  ksxix-buyin@gainwelltechnologies.com

The reported issue of EDBC pulling income based off the dates in the Average Calculator instead of the Income Detail Begin Date was fixed.

 

1700 Error Due to an issue with Unearned Income not calculating correctly - FIXED

The reported issue of 1700 error caused by Unearned Income not calculating correctly was fixed.

 

EDBC issuing a $0 benefit for Special/Categorically Eligible Households - FIXED

The reported issue of EDBC issuing a $0 benefit for Special/Categorically Eligible Household was fixed.

 

1700 Error due to Multiple Non-Compliance Reasons - FIXED

The reported issue of 1700 Error due to multiple Non-Compliance reasons was fixed.

 

1700 Error or $0 with Run Reason of PHE Batch or Online - FIXED

The reported issue of 1700 error or $0 benefit when using Run Reason PHE was fixed.

 

1700 Error at EDBC due to Household Status - FIXED

The reported issue of 1700 Error at EDBC due to Household Status was fixed.

 

Review Due date is changing when running EDBC for the month after the application month - FIXED

The reported issue of the Review Due Date changing when running EDBC for the month after the application month was fixed.

 

Child Care approval notices are not populating with a 12 month review period. When application is worked outside of application month - FIXED

The reported issue of CC approval notices not populating with a 12 month review period; When the app is processed outside of the app month has been fixed.

 

Reporting Tab is not updating when EDBC is ran - FIXED

The reported issue of receiving a Zero Error when Saving EDBC has been fixed. The Reporting Tab should now update and the NOA should generate.
