We are aware that consumers receive a 404 error when trying to view archived messages in their SSP Message Portal. Staff who receive calls on this issue should review the Notice over the phone with the consumer and if requested mail out another copy of the notice to the consumer.
We are aware of an issue with income determinations on medical programs. The issue is occurring on the Income Detail page with records not having end dates and is specific to Social Security Income records counting multiple times. This error may cause incorrect determinations including denials. Staff need to check the Passing or Failing Budget on EDBC to make sure that the Social Security Income is not counting multiple times. If the income is counting multiple times, take screen shots of the EDBC showing it counting multiple times. Then staff will need to do the following:
On Income List page, click Edit for the Social Security Income.
If there is more than one Social Security Income staff will need to repeat all steps for both or all records.
Income Detail page will display, click Edit on the most recent record.
Income Detail Amount List page will display, click Save and Return.
Effective Dates Confirmation List page will display. Click Save.
After completing the steps above staff still need to submit a KEES Help Desk incident ticket for tracking purposes.

When scheduling a future interview, it is important to select Scheduled in the Attendance field before sending an interview notice. When Completed is selected the program will not automatically be denied for missed interview. If you have already started an interview and entered Completed on the Customer Appointment Detail page it is important to change your selection to Scheduled if the interview was not completed and a notice is being sent to the client.
