Selecting Office Location when Imaging
The issue with tasks not generating in KEES for the correct office location when staff were imaging and manually selecting an office location has been fixed. Part of the solution for this fix was to update how DCF Service Centers are displayed in KEES. Instead of reading as <Location> DCF Service Center, DCF Service Centers are now listed as <Location> DCF Office. For example, the Wichita DCF Service Center will now read as Wichita DCF Office in ImageNow, KEES drop-downs, and correspondence sent to consumers.
