No Touch Creating Duplicate IDs Using SSNs already known to KEES

The known issue with No Touch creating duplicate IDs with the same SSN and DOB, and marking the new ID as Primary and the existing ID as Secondary has been fixed.

COFA Migrant Eligibility Workaround

To align with Policy Memo 2021-04-01 WA593 COFA Migrant Eligibility has been created and can be found in the KEES User Manual.

 

KEES not Counting Income for MIPPA Application

The known issue with KEES not counting MIPPA income records and therefore causing EDBC to fail, has been fixed.

 

MMIS Interface Skipping Records due to Invalid DOB

The known issue with the MMIS Interface skipping records due to an invalid DOB has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

Headquarters Line Missing from RDB for Child Care Providers

The known issue of the Headquarters Line is missing from RDB for Child Care Providers has been fixed.

 

JAVA Error When Viewing EDBC for P-EBT Program

The known issue with KEES giving a Java Error instead of giving the EDBC Results on the P-EBT EDBC Summary page has been fixed.

 

KEES Not Allowing the SUA Expense on the FA Program

The known issue with KEES not allowing the SUA expense on the FA programs when the household qualifies for SUA due to LIEAP Approval has been fixed.

 

SSP User Unable to Recover Username

The known issue with SSP users not able to recover their usernames because the security questions are not displaying has been fixed.

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
