AR Link Request Tasks

Authorized Representative Request tasks are being generated when a consumer reports an authorized rep on either a Medical SSP or Non-Medical SSP application. These tasks should not appear in KEES. Please submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket if an AR Link request appears on the ACSSP Registration Search page or if an AR Link Request task is received.

 

 

Medical Programs

 

SSP: 8600 Error when Submitting KanCare Review

Consumers have reported receiving an error while submitting their KanCare review on the SSP. We are currently working on fixing this issue.

 

PE - EDBC not Holding Most Recent PE Determination

The PE Determination from the PE Portal is not saving the correct determination when EDBC is ran. Eligibility workers will need to override the EDBC result if it does not match what is displaying on the PE PDF. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if you come across this issue.

 

Error when Attempting to Report a Change in SSP - Required String is Not Present

Consumers are reporting an error when reporting a change in the SSP. The error that appears is required string is not present. We are currently working on fixing this issue.
