The Name Type field in the Previous Names block on the Individual Demographics page is not holding when in Edit mode after staff click on the Duplicate List button to navigate to the Duplicate Person List page. If this occurs, staff need to re-select the Name Type from the drop-down menu.
There is currently an issue with the Display By filter on the Resource List page. When attempting to use the filter to view records specific to a program, not all records for that program are displayed. Until this filter is fixed, staff should refrain from using it.

The KEES Help Desk has become aware that there may be an issue with the Review Due Date updating to match the IR Due Date when EDBC is run the month after the month of application. Please continue to submit tickets to the KEES Help Desk as we investigate this. Once tickets are no longer needed, we will let you know.
The postponed verifications language is not appearing in the approval NOA for Food Assistance when expedited benefits are approved, but verifications are still needed. The language below should be added to the comments box on the NOA until this issue is fixed.
DCF postponed required verification because you needed food assistance right away. DCF cannot give you any more food assistance until you give us the required verification. The required information you need to give us is on the Verification Request List provided to you. If you do not provide the required information, your food assistance case will be closed. If the information you give us changes the amount of your food assistance benefits, they may be changed without further notice.

When processing an application that results in a denial for the first month of benefits, the Review Due Date is set incorrectly by KEES and the IR Due Date is appearing as blank. Please send these cases to the KEES Help Desk to be fixed and note what the Review Due Date and IR Due Date should be in your ServiceNow ticket.
Staff cannot access recovery accounts that are associated to responsible parties who are providers with a Resource ID in the Resource Databank (RDB). Until this issue is fixed, you can use the case number the Recovery Account is associated to if that is known.
