Staff are encountering a 1001 error when clicking the Save and Continue button on the Previous Case List page during the e-App linking process. This occurs when the Previous Case List page does not find a usable case number for the Primary Applicant (PA) and the PA is switched to another applicant.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
If staff receive the following error when adding a priority 2 vendor and only 1 vendor exists, they should send the case to the KEES Help Desk.
Error: End Month - there can only be two high dated vendors at a given time. If you are deprioritizing a vendor to 3, an End Month is required.
Income entered in the Unreported Amount field on the Income Amount Detail page in order disallow earned income deductions for overpayments is not being recognized by EDBC. Until this issue is fixed, staff will need to create an off-system budget and use the External Recovery Account process if unreported income is one piece of why an overpayment is needed.
Non-Compliance records for case people not active on the childcare program block are causing N/As to display on the child care family plan. Until this issue is fixed, staff need to:
Enter an Override End Date on the non-compliance record
Add a note to the non-compliance record that reads: <person name> still has a <type> non-compliance. This record is impacting the cc program.
Re-calculate the family plan
Run EDBC
Because of this workaround, staff should review all Non-Compliances with an override end date to determine if it is still valid when processing all programs. Remember to click View on the list page to see end dated non-compliance records.
