Updates to how the repayment process works in the EBT system are being made this weekend. Starting Monday, 4/25, ALL EBT repayments will no longer work in KEES. If the consumer is wanting to apply a payment to a Food, P-EBT, Cash or Child Care Assistance overpayment using their EBT card, staff need to send the request to the EBT Unit for processing.
