The ImageNow INMAC Error queue is still experiencing a backlog. These documents are being addressed, but as it is a manual process to fix these documents, a delay is expected. If you have an urgent need, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk and we will prioritize your documents. Please limit requests to urgent needs as this does slow down the process.

The following changes have been made to the Standard Cut and Paste and can be found on the KEES Repository:
Family Medical tab:
Spanish translations have been added for General - Closures, lines 35-39.
Elderly and Disabled tab:
Over Resources Denial - no burial plan has been updated, line 77
SSI and HCBS Approval - this appears on E&D tab, line 74, as well as, HCBS tab, line 7.
HCBS tab:
SSI and HCBS Approval- HCBS added to open SI, LMB, and QMB has been updated, Line 19.
An update has been made to H-800 Append to be sent with the ES-5139.
A new tab, COVID-19 Response, has been added with the NOAs and appends that were sent out previously in an email with the COVID-19 Policy Memo.
