Verify Lawful Presence (VLP) HUB Interface
As of Monday, 04/29/2019 the KEES Verify Lawful Presence (VLP) HUB interface should now be used when attempting to verify Non-Citizenship information. The online SAVE website should no longer be used unless otherwise instructed. Please see the KEES User Manual for information on the VLP. Additionally, if there are any issues discovered when completing a VLP call, please report the issue to the KEES Help Desk. As always, please be very descriptive of what the issue is and include screenshots.
Important New Registration Process for Late Reviews with Add a Person
Updates have been made to the KEES Medical User Manual related to the new review registration process that staff must follow when registering a review that was received any time in or after the first month of discontinuance, and when adding a new person in a future month at the same time. Please review the KEES Medical User Manual for the updates.
