0 Error Received when Clicking Household Status Record Hyperlink

Staff are encountering a 0 Error when clicking a household status record hyperlink from the Household Status List page. Until this issue is fixed, use the Edit button associated to the record to view the Household Detail page without receiving a 0 Error.

 

Source Field on ACSSP Registration Search Results Page is Not Holding

The Source drop-down menu on the ACSSP Registration Search Results page is not holding the selected value after clicking a record from the search results and returning to the page. This page is used to view case linking requests from the SSP. The Source drop-down menu is used as a selectable filter to view Non-Medical or Medical only case linking requests. Until this issue is fixed, the value has to be reselected if needed.

Medical Processing Deadlines                                                       

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

SSP e-Changes Generating for LIEAP Cases

SSP change reporting is not turned on for the LIEAP Program. However, if the client is known to a LIEAP case, LIEAP is displaying as the program or as one of the programs on the e-Change PDF. Staff need to make sure they are linking the e-Change to the Food Assistance, TANF, and/or Child Care case number.

 

Emergency Water Assistance (EWAP) Payments Remaining in Submitted Status

EWAP payments on Issuance History are updated to a status of Submitted after the case is picked up by the daily issuance batch to submit a payment to the water vendor. When SMART sends the payment to the vendor, the status is updated to Issued and a date of issuance is added in KEES. Currently, the status is not updating to Issued and a date is not added even though the payment has gone to the vendor.

 

Food Assistance: Eligible Students Coded as UP

When an eligible student has employment hours associated to wages from earnings and self-employment, KEES is incorrectly coding the student as UP. Until this issue is fixed, remove the student attendance record and journal to make the eligible student a MEM.

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
