LIEAP-Money Management Detail Page:

Staff have reported an issue with a ‘phantom vendor’ on the Money Management Detail page that results in the inability to calculate a benefit when running EDBC. This issue results in a dead stop help desk ticket that requires a data fix.

Until this issue is fixed, there are steps workers can take to prevent the issue from happening. See below for more guidance.

1. Worker selects the vendor from Money Management Detail page to RDB and comes back to the Money Management Detail page for some reason.  The vendor shows up with all the information.  Worker hits the Select button again.

2. The Select Service and Provider page displays but worker does NOT select anything. The worker clicks the Cancel button instead.   

3. When you come back to the Money Management Detail page, the Service Type is missing. It should be displayed next to the Vendor Type. The vendor is still there, but the Service Type (fuel type) is missing so the EDBC will not calculate the benefit.  This requires the data fix.   Staff should not exit the Select Service and Provider page without selecting a vendor even if they have to re-select the same vendor. The Money Management Detail page has to have the Service Type (fuel type) column on the screen or there will be issues.
