New Indicator for Household Status Without New information to Accept or Reject

New indicators are appearing on the Household Status List page even though there does not appear to be new information to accept or reject. There is not a workaround and these cases should be reported to the KEES Help Desk.

Processed Case Link Requests Remains in Received Status

In some scenarios, case link requests are remaining in Received status after the request has been processed and the SSP account is already linked to the case number in KEES. There is not a workaround and additional KEES Help Desk tickets are not needed. We will pursue a technical fix to get the status on these requests updated.

Resource List Display By Value Does not Hold

The Display By value on the Resource List page is not holding as expected. After selecting a program type the page filters the results as expected, but the selected value disappears. The impact is believed to be minimal, but we want to staff to be aware.

Non-Medical Programs

Caregiver TANF Denied for Non-Compliance Associated to the Caregiver

If a caregiver has an active non-compliance record, but is not receiving TANF, KEES is denying or discontinuing TANF for everyone on the Program Block in error. The reported incident to KEES Help Desk was for a non-compliance record specific to Food Assistance. If this issue is occurring in other scenarios, please report that to the KEES Help Desk. As a workaround, staff can remove the non-compliance record, run EDBC and add the record back.

Caregiver TANF Denied for Time Limits

When a caregiver who has met the TANF time limits is added to the program block, KEES is denying everyone on the Program Block for time limits met even when the Person Added in Error negative action reason is used for the caregiver. Until this issue is fixed, TANF months need to be removed to bring the caregiver under the time limits and then the months added back after EDBC is ran. Tickets can be sent to the KEES Help Desk if staff need help completing the workaround.

Provider Hours Flag Displays in Error on the Child Care Plan Detail Page

When clicking the Calculate button on the Child Care Plan Detail page, the Provider Hours flag is displaying even if the child care hours are written within the provider’s hours. If the flag displays, you can verify on the page the child care hours are within the provider’s hours of operation and continue processing. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket to help us collect scenarios around when the flag is displaying in error.

Review Due Date is Not Updating Correctly

Staff are continuing to see issues with the Review Due Date reverting to a date in the past after running EDBC. Staff can update the Review Due Date to run EDBC for future months. However, send the case to the KEES Help Desk if the IR Due Date is blank or incorrect so they can adjust the IR Due Date.

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
