The reported issue of KEES giving a zero error when attempting to view the Household Status has been fixed.

 

Application Registered to an Active Month – Fixed

KEES was allowing staff to register a new application to a month that was already Active. This has been fixed.

EDBC is not recognizing the FICA/SECA check box to determine for Working Healthy in Retro Months – Fixed

The reported issue of EDBC not recognizing the FICA/SECA check box to determine for WH in Retro Months has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines                                                       

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

Review and IR Due Dates Not Updating Correctly – Fixed

The reported issue of Review and IR Due Dates not updating correctly has been fixed. This includes:

If staff continue to experience issues with the Review and IR due dates not setting correctly, please report that to the KEES Help Desk so we can make sure we have all scenarios for which this is occurring fixed.

 

Food Assistance: Eligible Students Coded as UP - Fixed

When an eligible student has employment hours associated to wages from earnings and self-employment, KEES has been fixed to no longer code the student as UP.

 

Family Plan is not calculating when the child is an Eligible Non-Citizen – Fixed

The reported issue of the Family Plan not calculating when the child is an Eligible Non-Citizen has been fixed.

 

Added in Error and Permanently Out of the Home Household Statuses Not Recognized when Running EDBC on FA

The reported issue of the Added in Error and Permanently Out of the Household statuses not being acknowledged by EDBC has been fixed.

 

CLARIS Web Service not updating Providers as Expected – Fixed

The reported issue of the Claris Web Service not updating Providers as expected has been fixed.

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
