Shortened SD Base Period not Sending on the KMMS File as it Should

We are aware of the shortened spenddown periods not sending to KMMS on the nightly file.  Please continue to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

 

No RE Run Reason and no RE Error at EDBC

When a worker is processing a review and the RE run reason is not available, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. In addition, staff should receive an error message if they attempt to process a review without the RE run reason. If you should notice that you are not getting the error when you should, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
