Food Assistance Emergency Allotment Issuance

An Emergency Allotment Issuance for April Food Assistance households was sent to the EBT provider (FIS) this past weekend and will be available to consumers starting Sunday, 5/22. The staggered issuance chart is below for your reference.

PTANF Issuance

A PTANF benefit was issued in KEES over the weekend for roughly 300 cases whose eligibility was not yet determined when we ran this initially back in November 2021. Staff can see the issuance and the journal entry for those cases that received the issuance this past weekend. These benefits will be put on the consumer’s card and available for them to use starting tomorrow, 5/10/2022.  A notice will also be mailed on 5/16/2022 notifying the households of the issuance. The NOA will be visible to staff on Distributed Documents on 5/17/2022.

Staff will be able to identify the difference between a monthly TANF issuance and this by looking at the following information on Issuance History:
