A build was deployed into Production on 5/9/2024. Below is a summary of the issues that were fixed with this release.
The reported issue of Income records saving without a frequency has been resolved.
Staff will no longer be able to add an end date to an existing address record for a consumer without adding a new address.
The issue where staff received an error when trying to remove an Employment Record from the Employment List page even when the Employment Record was not associated to an income record has been fixed.
The reported issue of certain tasks not feeding to CURRENT, such as Request for Coverage, Follow-Up Email, and KDOC Verify Incarceration has been resolved.
Staff will now see the appropriate soft warning when running Multi-Month EDBC when verifications not being received.
Consumers will no longer receive an error when attempting to report a change in the SSP.
The reported issue of cases registered by No Touch giving a blank EDBC in the application month has been fixed.
Staff will no longer see a blank page when attempting to add a Non-Compliance record.
e-Apps will be able to be linked to new cases when they are created.
1700 error will no longer display when attempting to run EDBC from Negative Action or the EDBC task menu on cases that have a premium delinquency.
The Add button will show on the Medical Detail page when adding consumers to a program block.
e-Apps will be linked to the existing case from the Case Member List page when Save and Continue is selected.
Staff will no longer see AGO approved in place of MKN/RI.
All appropriate data will map into KEES from LIS applications.
Tasks will generate in KEES when an SSP application is submitted even if there is not a consumer applying for coverage on it. Follow existing policy and procedure when it comes to processing the application.
The reported issue of MSP consumers not having their spouse included in their household when EDBC is ran has been fixed.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2025 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The reported issue of the US Citizenship being flipped from Yes to Null has been fixed.
The reported issue of not being able to end date Utility Expenses has been fixed.
The reported issue of CC Provider Enrollment tasks from the RDB not Auto-Assigning has been fixed.
The reported issue of the TANF aid code displaying 1P instead of 2P has been fixed.
The DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2024 have been updated, and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
