You can check the income counting in the determination from the Medical EDBC Summary page by selecting the beneficiary’s hyperlink under Eligible Budgets, Potential Eligibility, or Failed and Overridden Budgets section; then navigate to the hyperlink next to Earned Income on the Requested Medical EDBC page. There is an issue regarding incorrect date showing pending in a past month for persons who are denied in the past month. Workers can view the Medical Person View page to see the correct pending month. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
We are aware that the task Contact Info Change is feeding into CURRENT when the Work Completed During Contact checkbox is selected during the initial contact with the consumer. Please continue to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if you come across this issue.
The Reviews Discontinuance Batch will run 05/15/2024 in the evening for reviews that were due in March 2024. Staff will see closures for Failure to Return Review.
