The reported issue of the Review Needed error message when processing a new application has been fixed.

The reported issue of EDBC failing when Other Program Assistance page is set up for MKN RI has been fixed.

1700 Error when running EDBC after the May 2022 build – FIXED

The reported issue of getting a 1700 error when running EDBC after the May Release has been fixed.

 

1700 Error when running Food Assistance EDBC – FIXED

The reported issue of getting a 1700 error when running EDBC for FA Programs has been fixed.

 

Review Due Dates Not Updating Correctly

It was previously communicated in the 5/5/22 Dispatch that issues with Review and IR due dates not updating correctly was fixed. However, it appears this is still occurring for review due dates when EDBC is ran for the month after the application month. Staff can update the review due date if needed, but please continue to report this issue to the KEES Help Desk so we can make sure we have all scenarios for which this is occurring fixed.

 

Reminder: Entering ABAWD Time Limit Records

Even though work requirements for ABAWDS have been temporarily waived due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Time Limit records should still be entered in KEES according the guidance listed in the table below. Batches in KEES have been temporarily shut off to allow ABAWDS to receive more than 3 months of Food Assistance in a 36-month period. Making sure Time Limit records have been entered correctly will help ensure data collection for ABAWDS is accurate when there is an end to the Public Health Emergency period and ABAWD months must be tracked and counted again.
