The reported issue of EDBC not shortening Spenddowns correctly when the consumer has been approved for PACE in the future has been fixed.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The reported issue of the Employment Services Forms, W101: Work Program Activity Assignment Letter, W002: Review of Activities Appointment, W503: Work Program Request for Information and W806: Work Program Payment Approval, generating without an address, has been fixed.
It has been reported to the KEES Help Desk that some Authorized Representatives are displaying as “null <Last Name> null” in the Name drop-down field on the Administrative Role Detail page. This has been confirmed to be a display only issue. Staff may go ahead and select this “null” name from the drop-down as it will set the Authorized Representative correctly once saved.
The KEES Help Desk has become aware that some FA Approval NOAs are displaying a benefit amount of $0 in error. This appears to be happening when the benefit amount exceeds 3 digits. Staff should make sure they are reviewing all Approval NOAs to ensure the correct benefit amount displays. If it does not, the correct benefit amount should be noted in the comment section of the notice. Staff should continue to submit tickets to the KEES Help Desk so we can ensure the entire issue has been identified.
