If a user encounters a zero error when attempting to generate a form, the issue could be due to the absence of an assigned Primary Applicant on any Program Block within the case. All Program Blocks must have an assigned Primary Applicant for forms functionality to work properly. If an error is encountered during form generation, please review the case Program Blocks for a Primary Applicant assignment before submitting an incident ticket to KEES Help Desk.
